This
waste recycling system utilizes heat to recycle EPE waste
materials. It is capable to densify EPE waste materials from foam
back to pellet form, which can then be reused to produce new EPE/polyfoam.
Conversion of EPE waste materials back to pellet
form enables easier storage and disposal, while
recycling allows reuse of the materials, therefore more
environmental friendly and result in savings on material costs. |

Converts
electrical heating system to liquefied petroleum gas or
diesel powered heat exchanger. This reduces electricity cost and
increases efficiency of the heating system. |

Air Knife Dryer |

The
modular retrofits onto existing varnish coating machine and is
electronically synchronised to the machine’s speed for
automatic air flow and temperature adjustments, which allows for
higher speed. Also minimises solvent retention on the
substrate, especially important for the food packing industry. |
